PROCESSING:

We begin processing orders for shipping the day payment is received. If you need to cancel your order after it has been processed, please be advised that we may not be able to intercept shipping, but we will certainly try. In this case please feel free to refuse its delivery, if you are not present to refuse the delivery then we can send you a prepaid return label.

RETURN POLICY

If an item arrives defective or becomes defective within 30 days of receipt, you can return it for a replacement or a full refund.

TAX

Items sent to many states are subject to tax. This list is changing each year, see the list here for most recent update on states where sales tax is applicable.

Note: Many of our vendor’s do not accept requests for tax exemption. It will be up to you to claim tax exemption on your end.

*Shipment delays occur infrequently, you will be notified if this does take place, generally due to inclement weather or other issues with the shipper outside of our control.

**Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, which means no country outside the United States of America, including Canada.
