If damaged in post buyer needs to make a claim on the postage insurance which will recover shipping.

Unsealed items guarantee

• These items have a TWO WEEK GUARANTEE with us, notify us before that period elapses for a refund on return of item, Initial postage and handling is included in refund on receipt of returned item in the same condition as sent.

Description guarantee

• Listings are made as accurately as possible, if however any errors on the listing lead to an incorrect purchase, and is regarded by us, at our discretion, to have been a significant error, a refund including postage in both directions will be provided on return of item in the same condition as sent, notice of any inconsistency must be made within one week of item receipt.
