Tri-State can ship to any business or residential area as long as a physical address is provided. All packages, regardless of destination, require signature at delivery time. Delays should be expected with all parcels going to PO Boxes. Shipments going to hotels, or motels, must be prepaid with a money order issued by a US bank. Shipping rates are based on zip code locations and calculated in shopping cart prior to checkout.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. If any item is temporarily out of stock, notification will be made by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.
