Sales Tax

Since we have offices located in Massachusetts & California, we are required by State law to collect sales tax on shipments destined to addresses in these two states. We don't like it either, but unfortunately it's the law!

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from GolfEtail includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or local UPS brokerage office if you need additional information.

Our Hassle-Free Promise means you can return your purchase for up to 30 days with no questions asked. We want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us and understand returns are part it. The bottom line is we sell fun and don’t want you to be stuck with something you don’t really love.

We know which shipping companies are best at getting your order to you quickly and safely and do it so at a fair cost. We have partnered with the best of the best, including UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service. So, on every order we select which shipping carrier is best suited to meet your needs.

3 Easy Steps

1) Download, complete and sign the return form at the bottom of this page and include it with your return. If you can’t download it, email us at [email protected] and we will email it you.
2) Include the manufacturer’s packaging and leave all tags intact.
3) Ship your return back to us at: GolfEtail.com, 110 Bosstick Blvd, San Marcos CA 92069. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.

NEW OPEN & OPEN-BOX ITEMS

To return a new or open-box item, return the item within 30 days from when you received it with the manufacturer’s packaging and all tags intact. The item must also be in the same condition as you received it. Pretty simple, isn’t it?

PRE-OWNED ITEMS

Pre-owned items are even a tad easier. Again, your item should be returned within 30 days and in the same condition as you received it. Obviously, because the item is pre-owned, the tags and the manufacturer’s packaging are not an issue.

DAMAGED, WRONG, or MISSING ITEMS

Believe it or not, UPS isn’t perfect, nor are we. In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at [email protected] or call us at (877) 570-4653

WARRANTY ITEMS

All new items sold by GolfEtail.com come with full manufacturer warranties. Warranty items do vary depending upon the manufacturer, however typically wear and tear or misuse is excluded.

EXCHANGES

If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging it, the easiest way to complete an exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you prefer.

REFUNDS

After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, and credit it to the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.
