Pricing

All prices at Baby Vegas are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Shipping is $10.95 per order, Australia wide. Orders over $175.00 are delivered free within Australia.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items that have FREE SHIPPING, applies to Australia ONLY.

Delivery Policy

Australia

Deliveries within Australia are via Australia Post, unless stated otherwise, and can take 3-10 business days, depending on your location. A signature will be required on delivery and you will be emailed a tracking number.

International

Please note: we no longer ship outside of Australia. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of Australia will be refunded in full.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Baby Vegas. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

What is the procedure for the returning of my items?

You can return the damaged or faulty item to us with the following steps :

1. Send us an email with your order number and the reason of return.
2. Our customer service representative will issue you a Faulty Return Form with a Return Authorised Number (RAN). Please ensure you attach this Faulty Return Form in your return package. It will enable us to process your return promptly.
3. A replacement unit or refund will be issued upon inspection of the item.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

• you have changed your mind
• you have made an incorrect choice
• you have subsequently found you can purchase the same or similar product for a cheaper price elsewhere.
• you have failed to verify and provide accurate information when placing your order

However, an exchange, refund or credit may be considered if the product:

• is or has become damaged, through no fault of your own;
• does not fit with the stated purpose,
• does not match our description on this website; or
• has defects or faults that were not obvious or which we did not bring to your attention
