Returns

• We will REFUND any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination without asking any question, as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened yet, but shipping fee cannot be refunded as it is already paid to the courier to deliver the item

• We will EXCHANGE products within 2 months of purchase as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. Shipping cost to resend the product to the customer will be covered by the customer.

• If the product is DAMAGED or FAULTY, freight cost to return the product for a Refund or Exchange will be covered by us. Returns must be received by SJ Toys Zone within 21 days of dispatch.

• We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels, because it is beyond our control. Please send back to us via our recommended method or a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.
